WK Timber Ridge, LLC, owner of the Timber Ridge Apartments, released the following statement Friday:

"Timber Ridge management continues to work closely with the Health and Hospital Corporation and other city officials to resolve tenant concerns with the facility. We have invested more than $1 million to make capital improvements, and we are continuing to move forward to remedy outstanding concerns, focusing especially on occupied units.

"We have not received any communication from the health department regarding a recent inspection, and are thus unable to answer specific questions on this topic."
