Dayton Beach, FL -- (Sports Network) - Isaac Sosa scored 15 points on 5-of-9 shooting from three-point range to lead the UCF Golden Knights to a 59-50 victory over the Drake Bulldogs in the final round of the Glenn Wilkes Classic.

P.J. Gaynor netted 11 points on 5-of-5 efficiency from the field for UCF (4-1), and Dave Diakite provided 10 points and eight rebounds.

Adam Templeton tallied 15 points in the loss for Drake (1-4), while teammate Ben Simons added 11 points.

UCF held a narrow 29-27 lead at intermission after shooting 55.6 percent from the floor in the first half.

Strong defense enabled the Golden Knights to hold on in the second half, as they limited the Bulldogs to 30.8 percent field goal efficiency over the final 20 minutes.

UCF won despite missing eight of 18 free throws and 12 of 17 three-pointers.
