Terre Haute, IN -- (Sports Network) - Indiana State head football coach Lou West announced Monday that Blair Hrovat will be the team's new offensive coordinator.

Hrovat spent four years at Division III Allegheny College (Pa.) as head coach from 1998-2002. He compiled a 26-14 record and his offense averaged over 35 points a game during his stay. He also spent time at the University of South Dakota where he served as assistant head coach and offensive coordinator from 1992-1998.
