Britney Seeks Change In Court's Drug Test Order

Catholic League Outraged By Controversial Photos

Britney Spears wants to change a court order requiring her to undergo random drug testing in her custody battle with Kevin Federline.

Spears filed a request Friday to "terminate or modify" the order, according to court records released Tuesday. Additional details were not disclosed.

The request came the same day as Spears and Federline appeared in court for a closed-door hearing in the custody case.

Spears also has asked the court to reinstate her overnight visits with her two sons, Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1.

A ruling in the matter is expected this week.

Tuesday also marks the release of her new album, "Blackout."

Despite her recent public meltdowns, there are signs the album could be a career boost at a time when she needs it most.

The first single, "Gimme More," has cracked the Top 10.

Meanwhile, officials from the Catholic League are fuming over new promotional pictures of the pop diva that show a half-naked Spears posing on a priest's lap and seductively leaning against a confessional.

According to the New York Daily News, leaders of the organization are calling the photos a "bottom of the barrel" stunt and say they are further evidence that the "girl is crashing."

"She's not even allowed to bring up her own kids because she's not responsible enough," Bill Donohue, president of the New York-based Catholic League told the Daily News. "Now we see she can't even entertain."
