Paparazzo Catches Pop Singer Running Red Light With Kids In Car

The paparazzi aren't merely annoying to Britney Spears. They may hurt her in her custody battle. Kevin Federline's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, said that he may try to subpoena video that apparently shows Spears running a red light in Los Angeles while driving with their two sons in the back seat.The footage was posted on celebrity gossip site TMZ.com, and the site has said it has been contacted by Kaplan.
Kaplan declined further comment. The footage could support Kaplan's request to the court to stop Spears from driving with her two sons. Federline has temporary custody of the boys because Spears has defied court orders.Meanwhile, TMZ has confirmed that a paparazzi "spotter" on a motorcycle has been seriously injured while apparently chasing Spears. A spotter tips off photographers to a star's whereabouts.The site said that the accident happened Monday evening about a mile from the Beverly Hills, Calif., Four Seasons Hotel.The accident apparently happened when a line of paparazzi cars chasing Spears hit the spotter on the motorcycle.TMZ said that the man was transferred in serious condition to Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.
