Baby Will Be First For 'Fantastic Four' Star

The actress from the "First Family of Superheroes" on film, is about to start a family of her own.

According to People magazine, "Fantastic Four" star Jessica Alba is pregnant with her first child.

The news about Alba and her boyfriend, Cash Warren, expecting was confirmed for People by the actress' spokesman.

"I can confirm that Jessica and Cash are expecting a baby in late spring, early summer," publicist Brad Cafarelli

The couple has been dating since 2004. Alba, 26, and Warren, 28, met on the set for the first "Fantastic Four" movie, where Warren was a director's assistant, People said.

In addition to playing Sue Storm/The Invisible Woman in "Fantastic Four" and its sequel "Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer," Alba has starred in such films as "Sin City" and most recently, "Good Luck Chuck" and "Awake."

The actress also starred in the television series "Dark Angel."
