You must agree to the rules in order to enter ABC/RTV 6 “OPRAH’S BIG GIVE-INDIANA”

1.No Purchase Necessary: No purchase or payment of any money is necessary to enter. Purchase will not improve the chances of winning. All federal, state and/or local rules and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.

2.Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years old to enter and a resident of Indiana. Employees of ABC and the Walt Disney Company, Harpo Productions, RTV 6, The McGraw-Hill Companies, Inc. (“The McGraw-Hill Companies”), and Internet Broadcasting (“IB”) are not eligible (collectively, the “Sponsors”).

3.How To Enter and How to Win: To enter go to www.TheIndyChannel.com and look for the ABC/RTV 6 “OPRAH’S BIG GIVE-INDIANA” link. Fill in your name, your day and night time phone numbers, and your complete address. Please complete the application, including identifying the charity you want to support and an explanation of your “Big Give” idea to support that charity.

All email entries must be received by 6:00 PM ET, MARCH 10, 2008. Or you can send your entry by postal mail which must include the same information requested above as for the e-mail entry. The regular mail entries should be sent to ABC/RTV 6 “OPRAH’S BIG GIVE-INDIANA,” 1330 North Meridian Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202. Postal mail entries must be postmarked by MARCH 10, 2008 and received by MARCH 11, 2008. Sponsors are not responsible for late, misdirected or illegible entries. Limit one entry per person.

A committee chosen by the Sponsors will judge and select two (2) winners based on the merits of the completed applications. Applications will be judged based on (1) the originality of the “Big Give” idea for the nominated charity; (2) the nature of the charity; (3) the demonstrated ability of the charity, working with the entrant, to complete the “Big Give” idea project within three (3) weeks of receiving the prize; and (4) the extent to which the entrant will actively contribute to the success of the “Big Idea”.

The charity must be a registered 501c (3) charity. The charity must be able to prove that it spends at least 65% of its total contributions on program activities and no more than 35% of total contributions on fundraising and administration. No employee of the charity or recipient of charitable funds may be related to any employee of the Sponsors or have a current or prospective business relationship with any of the Sponsors or any of their employees. Persons who have been convicted of a felony or are currently charged with any felony will not be eligible to receive charitable funds in connection with this program.

Award of the prize is subject to verification of the above requirements.

Entrants and the nominated charities may, as a condition of entry, be required to attend an interview with the judges during the week of March 12, 2008 at 1330 North Meridian Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202.

4. Award of Prize (s): Two winners will be selected. The winners will be notified by phone by Monday, March 17, 2008. Winners must provide RTV 6 with appropriate identification (Indiana Driver’s License or picture ID.) Each winner’s approved charity will receive $5,000.00. A check for $5,000.00 will be sent directly to the charity by RTV 6 by April 20, 2008. The winning entries and implementation of their “BIG GIVE” idea will be featured in TBD special news reports that will air on 6 NEWS on RTV 6 and on TheIndyChannel.com between March 17 through April 20, 2008.

5. Additional Prize Conditions: Cash prizes are supplied by ABC. Prizes will be paid directly to the winning charities and are not redeemable for any other item by winner or the winning charities. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a comparable prize of like or greater value for any prize, for any reason at any time. The winners and a representative from each winning charity will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release form prior to receipt of the prize acknowledging that The McGraw-Hill Companies, Inc. has the right to publicize the winner and the winning charity and all matters incidental to participation in this program without the payment of any compensation for a period of one (1) year. Non-compliance will result in disqualification and forfeit of prize. The prize will be awarded, subject to the submission of at least 6 eligible entries.

6. Winner’s List: The winners will be announced on 6 NEWS on the week of MARCH 17, 2008 and on-line at TheIndyChannel.com.

7. Additional Contest Conditions: Each entrant, by entering this contest, acknowledges that his or her entry becomes the sole property of The McGraw-Hill Companies, Inc. and by entering the contest, each entrant grants and assigns to The McGraw-Hill Companies, Inc. the entire copyright in the entry, including all exclusive rights under U.S. copyright laws. Each entrant, by entering this contest, represents and warrants that his or her entry is original and does not violate or infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy or intellectual property right, does not contain anything libelous or defamatory and is not otherwise illegal. The entrants and winners release the Sponsors and their respective affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and all others associated with the development and execution of this contest from and against any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from the contest and the awarding and use of the prizes, including liability for personal injury and/or property damage.

8. Disqualification: In the event that an entrant or winner fails to meet the eligibility or other requirements of the contest, the unawarded prize will be awarded to an alternate winner selected by the judges from the remaining entries.

9.Privacy: RTV 6 on occasion shares information collected about entrants included on the entry forms with other units within the family of The McGraw-Hill Companies whose products or service we feel may be of interest to you. 10. Disputes: By entering, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the judges. Any dispute regarding the sweepstakes or these rules will be resolved by a panel of judges from The McGraw-Hills Companies, Inc. and their decision shall be final.
