BOBBY BROWN is heading back to jail after pleading no contest to drink driving charges in court on Tuesday (26Feb13).

The singer has been sentenced to 55 days behind bars following his arrest last year (12), after traffic police spotted him driving erratically in Los Angeles.

Brown was also charged with driving on a license which had been suspended as a result of a previous DUI conviction in 2012.

As well as jail time, Brown was handed four years probation and ordered to complete an 18-month alcohol program.

The My Prerogative singer must turn himself into authorities and begin serving his sentence by 20 March (13).

Until then, Brown has been ordered to attend three Alcoholics Anonymous meetings a week, according to TMZ.com.
