Canadian pop star CARLY RAE JEPSEN is following in the footsteps of BRITNEY SPEARS and FERGIE by signing up as the new spokeswoman for shoe brand Candie's.
The Call Me Maybe hitmaker has been named Glee star Lea Michele's successor, and has already posed for the trendy firm's Spring 2013 campaign.
In a first for Candie's, Jepsen was the photographer behind the shoot - she snapped herself in a picture booth and also picked out her own props.
She says, "I feel very honored to be the next Candie's girl. It's a dream come true to be in the company of such amazing women!"
Candie's celebrity models have also included Ashlee Simpson, Vanessa Hudgens and Hayden Panettiere.
