TWILIGHT star KELLAN LUTZ is brushing up on his FIFTY SHADES OF GRAY reading after learning he's a fan favorite to play the carefree brother of the book's leading man, CHRISTIAN GRAY.
The movie hunk insists he's not interested in the lead role - but he would like to play Elliot Gray if casting directors are interested.
He tells Parade.com, "I haven't read the books; I need to though. The fans saw similarities between (Twilight character) Emmett and Elliot. I don't know much about either.
"I know Christian is the lead but that's why I didn't want to play Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson's Twilight leading man). He wasn't really like me. I'll trust the fans."
