Supermodel MARISA MILLER is a new mom after giving birth to a baby boy on Thursday night (13Dec12).

The former Victoria's Secret lingerie star and her husband, music producer Griffin Guess, welcomed Gavin Lee Guess in Santa Cruz, California.

In a statement released to People.com, the model says, "I’m completely overjoyed by the birth of our son. I feel so blessed to be a mom and am so excited to experience this next part of life."

In recent weeks, Miller bared all for a new magazine shoot - and proudly showed off her baby belly. The images appear in the new issue of Allure.

The California beauty and her music producer husband Griffin Guess revealed they were set to become first-time parents in June (12). The couple wed in 2006.
