Paris Hilton's unwanted visitor freed from police custody

A man arrested outside PARIS HILTON's gated community home in Los Angeles has been released from police custody after lawmakers ruled he committed no crime.

Lukas Redanz, 31, was apprehended by cops on Friday (07Feb14) after telling security staff he had to see Hilton.

Redanz, who was covered in tattoo tributes to the socialite, was found in possession of cocaine - but not enough to warrant charges, according to TMZ.com.

Police couldn't charge him with stalking because he was not trespassing on Hilton's property and did not appear to be a physical threat to her.
