Tom's Corn Casserole

| Amount | Measure | Ingredient |
| 1 | small | onion (chopped) |
| 1/2 | medium | green pepper (chopped) |
| 1/4 | stick | margerine |
| 1 | can | whole kernal corn (undrained) |
| 1 | can | creamed corn |
| 1 | pkg. (8 1/2 ounces) | Jiffy Corn Muffin mix |
| 3 | -- | eggs (beaten) |
| 1/4 | cup | pimento |
| 1 | cup | grated sharp cheese |
| 1/2 | pint | sour cream |
- Saute onions and pimento in melted margarine.
- Combine all ingredients in a casserole dish, except the cheese and sour cream.
- Mix the cheese and sour cream together and dabble on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
