Tip: Feta Cheese

Feta cheese is a white Greek cheese with a rich, tangy flavor. Traditionally, it is made with goat's milk or sheep's milk, or a combination; today it is also often made with cow's milk. Fresh feta is crumbly with whey; when mature it becomes dryer and saltier.
