Waikiki Lodging And Beyond

Find The Most Beautiful Yet Inexpensive Places To Stay On Hawaii.

Outrigger Waikiki on the Beach

At a condo hotel, you rent a condominium like you do for a standard hotel room, but the units include a kitchen to save money by providing your own food -- a good deal in a place like Hawaii where eating out all the time can be a budget buster. One especially nice condo hotel is the Outrigger Waikiki on the Beach, which is situated directly at the famous Waikiki beach. Rates start at around $100 per person per night.

Ala Moana Hotel, Honolulu

The Ala Moana Hotel on Honolulu is one of the top hotels on this island. Located in the city center and close to the convention center, it is an ideal accommodation for active people. But its location close to the ala moana beach park makes it also an ideal place if you are longing for beach. The two recently renovated hotel towers offer a spectacular view over the island. Rates start at $139 per night per person.

Sheraton Kauai

The Sheraton on Kauai is located directly on the famous Poipu beach, which is considered one of the most beautiful beaches worldwide. The 20 acres resort with over 400 rooms is far away from an individual place to stay, but it is an absolutely luxurious hotel that does not seem that big, thanks to low rise buildings. Also a wide variety of activities is offered on these large grounds. Rooms start at about $200 per night per person.

Puamana Maui Townhouse

If you are looking for more individual accommodation, the nice townhouses on Maui might be interesting. A good example is the Puamana townhouse. It features three bedrooms and 2 ½ bathrooms as well as a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The best thing for sure is the ocean view and the private beach resort, where this house is located in. The rates start at $245 per night per person.

Hawaiis Hidden Hideaway B&B

Located in Lanikai on the Island of Oahu, this bed and breakfast facility won the 2005 and 2006 Most Romantic Hideaway Award from the Arlington Inn Traveler Book of Lists as the only Hawaiian B&B to make it into the list at all. The units are very private and accommodations are so comfortable, you really feel at home. The inn is located just 5 minutes from the town of Kailua, with great restaurants, and about 30 minutes from the airport, Waikiki and downtown Honolulu.
