Experimental Cancer Drug Shows Promise

Company Will Seek Approval For Widespread Use

An experimental cancer drug is showing promise in the treatment of head and neck tumors, RTV6 news reported.

Advexin has been in development since the early 1990s by Introgen Therapeutics.

The company will soon seek approval for its widespread use, officials said.
