Stacy Becker's Easy Gingerbread Men

Jefferson, OH

  • 1 Pkg Duncan Hines Moist Deluxe Spice Cake mix
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup crisco oil
  • 1/3 cup dark molasses
  • 2 tsp ginger

Mix all ingredients together. Refridgerate for 2 hours. Roll out dough 1.4 inch thick. Use cookie cutters to cut out shapes. Put on cookie sheet 3 inches apart. Place in oven 375 and bake for 8-10 minutes. Decorate with frosting and candies.
