A few days of warm weather offers an opportunity to check and clean the house gutters, if necessary.
Clogged gutters can cause serious damage. It's also a good idea to make sure the down spouts direct the flow of water away from the house.
Check your sump pump!
Ornamental grasses can be cut back to ground level. The Home Show is a great place to gather ideas.
There are several very nice landscaped gardens among the many exhibits.
