Ingredients -
2 oz Starlight Carl T. Bourbon (by Huber Winery and Starlight Distillery)
6 mint leaves
3 lemon wedges
1 oz simple syrup
Mint sprig and lemon wheel for garnish
Directions -
Muddle all ingredients except bourbon. Add the Starlight Carl T. Bourbon. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a lemon wheel.
