Could your grilled burger cause cancer?
More research is linking charred, grilled meats to cancer causing substances, WMAR reported.
Dieticians say doing things like marinating your meat in some type of olive-based dressing can reduce those types of chemicals.
They also suggest doing a little extra prep work before putting your food on the grill.
Dieticians say it's critical not to burn your beef on the grill because the cancer causing chemicals develop when the meat is charred.
