An Indianapolis police officer was fatally shot on the morning of Sept. 20, 2013 after he responded to a domestic disturbance call.
The shooting happened at 1:52 a.m. at the Eagle Pointe Apartments on the city's northwest side.
Officer Rod Bradway was killed in the shooting.

Dozens of officers went to Wishard Memorial Hospital, where there fallen comrade had been taken.
Bradway had been with IMPD for five years.

A suspect, Steven Byrdo, was also killed, police said.
Dozens of messages of support for the fallen officer came in through social media during the early-morning hours.
Police cars were lined up outside Wishard Memorial Hospital, where the officer was taken.
Flowers were being left outside IMPD's Northwest District in honor of Bradway.
Flowers are left at Officer Rod Bradway's car, parked outside IMPD Northwest District headquarters.
Flags were ordered to be flown at half-staff.
