Three years after Indiana-based Marsh Supermarkets was bought by an out-of-state company, it will soon be up for sale again.

The Indianapolis Business Journal reported on Saturday that Sun Capital would begin looking for potential buyers early next year.

The Florida-based company took over the struggling supermarket chain in 2006 and helped it emerge from bankruptcy.

Marsh is expected to sell up for up to $150 million, the IBJ reported.
