3,700 Double Strollers Recalled
Frame-Latch Failure Can Cause Stroller To Collapse

About 3,700 Zooper double strollers have been recalled because of a frame-latch failure that can cause the stroller to collapse, safety officials announced Thursday.
Lan Enterprises has received about 185 reports of frame-latch failures, including one involving a 13-month-old boy and 3-year-old boy who received scrapes and bruises when their stroller hit a sidewalk and the stroller collapsed.
The recall involves 2007 and 2008 Zooper Tango double strollers with a model number of SL808B and SL808F. The model numbers were printed on the original packaging.The strollers had production dates ranging from Jan. 1, 2007, through April 30, 2008.
