Lotto Jackpot Swells To Fifth-Largest
$27 Million Prize Awaits Person Who Matches All 6 Numbers

INDIANAPOLIS -- The Hoosier Lottery swelled to its fifth-largest jackpot before a drawing to be held Wednesday night.The $27 million jackpot is the second biggest of the decade, about half of the largest jackpot of $54.5 million in 2007.The jackpot has increased with each drawing since March, when the last big prize was claimed.
Since that time, no one has matched all six numbers in any of the drawings.People who want to play have until 10:39 p.m. Wednesday to get their numbers in.If no one matches all six numbers, the jackpot will grow again for a Saturday drawing.
