Feeling hot and clammy, with the start of a sore throat? It could be the beginnings of the flu, which is spreading faster this winter than it has in several years.
Anytime you get sick, you always wonder who gave it to you: was it a co-worker who handled the coffee pot before you? Was it that guy coughing in the elevator next to you?
Now, you don't have to wonder anymore, according to a new Facebook app called "Help! I have the flu."
App Looks for Clues From Friends
The app automatically scans all your friends recent Facebook postings, looking for keywords like "cough," "sneeze," "chills," "Tylenol," and other words that indicate they are sick.
While not claiming to be scientific, the app could be accurate, as many people post on Facebook that they are not feeling well.
If it is someone you were recently in close contact with, they could be the culprit who made you sick. Click here for "Help! I have the flu."
As always, don't waste your money.
