Today is Leap Day, something that happens every four years during a Leap Year, and gives us all an extra day to enjoy life.
Leap years come with good and bad news: if you are a salaried worker, you are technically working today for free. But if you are renting an apartment, you are getting today's rent free.

Urban Outfitters is marking down hundreds of clothing items to just $29.
