The following is a statement from State Farm regarding a Call 6 for Help story that aired on April 11:

We cannot comment specifically on this lawsuit. We handle each claim on its own merits and we pay what is owed based on our contract with the policyholder. Of the more than 47,000 claims we've received from this storm, 84 percent of them have been closed with payment. To date we have paid $232 million out on this storm alone.
