The following is a statement from State Farm regarding a Call 6 for Help story that aired April 13:

The deadline to submit a claim for the April 14, 2006, hailstorm is Saturday April 14, 2007, at midnight.

State Farm wants to work with our customers regarding their claim. If they have a claim with date of loss 4/14/2006 and have concerns, questions or would like to request non-binding arbitration, they are encouraged to call us. At this time, there is no deadline to request non-binding arbitration.

Customers who go through the non-binding arbitration process have 30 days after the arbiter's decision is made to pursue further action regarding their claim.
