Police: Man Admits Killing Missing Indy Woman

INDIANAPOLIS -- Police have arrested a man they said was involved in the disappearance and presumed death of an Indianapolis woman.

Investigators said Joshua Bean, 23, told them he killed Heather Norris, 20, and disposed of her body.

Norris was reported missing in April. Bean had been awaiting trial on a domestic battery case in which Norris was the alleged victim.

Police questioned Bean Saturday after they received information that he was about to leave central Indiana.

Investigators are now searching for Norris' remains. Her vehicle was recently found in the parking lot of a motel on Indianapolis' west side.

Bean is expected to be charged with murder, police said.
