An autopsy performed on a man who died at the Hendricks County Jail earlier this month revealed a lethal mix of drugs in his system, according to the coroner's office.

Harry McCoy, 29, of Avon, was found dead in his cell May 5. A toxicological analysis showed the drugs alprazolam, benzoylecgonine, hydrocodone, promethazine and acetaminophen were in McCoy's system at the time of his death.

According to the coroner's office, all of the drugs were above a common therapeutic level and most were in the toxic range.

Alcohol was not found in McCoy's body at the time of his death.

McCoy was serving weekends in the jail when he died and was scheduled to complete his obligations in June.
