INDIANAPOLIS -- Marion County prosecutors have filed a rape charge against a man who they said also abducted and sexually assaulted a 7-year-old girl.

Police said Jonathan Castillo, 27, admitted entering a 21-year-old pregnant woman's apartment in January and raping her.

According to police, Castillo admitted abducting and sexually assaulting a 7-year-old girl at the Capital Place apartments, the same complex in which the pregnant woman lived.

Police said that in both crimes, Castillo climbed an outside trellis to a second-floor balcony to get to his victims.

If convicted, Castillo could face up to 73 years in prison.
