YORKTOWN, Ind. -- A woman accused of having sex with a 15-year-old boy several times since early July faces several charges.

Police said Lana Elsworth, 23, of Yorktown, is being held in the Delaware County Jail on preliminary charges of sexual misconduct with a minor, child neglect, maintaining a common nuisance, dealing in a controlled substance and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Police said the boy told them he and several other teens went to Elsworth's home to drink and do drugs.

The teen told police that he began having sex with Elsworth on July 4.

The Delaware County Prosecutor's Office said Elsworth will likely be formally charged later in the week and will not be eligible for bond until after an initial hearing.
