Man Demands OxyContin In Pharmacy Heist
Police Seek Pharmacy Robber

KOKOMO, Ind. -- Police are looking for a man who robbed a Kokomo pharmacy early Tuesday morning.Police said the man went to the Walgreen's in the 100 block of South Washington Street just after midnight.Employees told police that a man had a hand in a sweatshirt pocket, implying that he had a weapon, as he went to the pharmacy counter and demanded OxyContin.The pharmacist gave the man the drug and he left the store without further incident, police said.The man was described as white, about 6 feet tall with a skinny build. He wore a light-gray hooded sweatshirt. He had dark hair, dark eyes and was unshaven.Police asked anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers at 800-92-ALERT.
