Bloomington Marks Anniversary Of Behrman's Disappearance
Community To Put Ribbons Around City

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. -- The community will mark the two-year anniversary of an Indiana University student's disappearance Friday by placing yellow ribbons throughout the city.
Jill Behrman (pictured, left), 19 when she disappeared, was last seen riding her bike near Bloomington on May 31, 2000. Investigators suspect foul play. The ribbons are meant to be in remembrance of Behrman, and to keep her and her family in the public's mind, organizers said.
Participants will meet at Bloomingfood's Market and Deli at 4 p.m.
