FRANKFORT, Ind. -- A 13-year-old boy was struck and killed Friday night as he walked home from a teen dance.Police said Ashton Hall was walking with a friend when he was hit.Officials said there was a lot of traffic in the area because the dance had just ended, and it had just started raining.
The driver, Jeffrey Senesac, 44, is not expected to be charged in the crash, police said.
