Bean was charged with murder and abuse of a corpse.Prosecutors said they expect it will take at least a day to seat the jury.Norris' remains were never found, but prosecutors insist they have a strong case, in large part because of the confession.Family members described Norris as fun loving, happy and tenacious. She played basketball in high school. The daughter of a civilian Indianapolis Metro police employee, Norris was reported missing on April 24, 2007, less than two weeks after investigators surmised that she was killed.Police said Norris and Bean had a three-year relationship that was marked by several domestic violence calls to police.Bean was arrested in May 2007.
