INDIANAPOLIS -- A woman whose body was found decomposing inside a culvert near Arlington High School Tuesday was killed, police said.The woman -- who was identified as Randi Ellis, 21 -- had been reported missing on Aug. 4, police said.Investigators said Wednesday that Ellis had been killed, but did not reveal the manner of death.
Her body was discovered Tuesday by a Marion County Health Department worker spraying for mosquitoes near Banbury Drive and Dickson Road
