A man was killed in a single-vehicle crash in rural Hamilton County early Tuesday morning.

Police said Michael Tatman, 36, of Greentown, crashed before 7 a.m. at the intersection of 266th Street and Indiana 213.

Officers said Tatman's pickup truck had been southbound on 213 when it left the road and rolled.

Tatman was ejected from the truck and died at the scene.

Officers said they think Tatman was on his way to work when he crashed. He was not wearing a seat belt.

Police aren't sure exactly when the crash occurred because there were no apparent witnesses.
