A store in Fishers lost its front window on Wednesday when a driver lost control and her car slid into the store.

No one was injured when a car slammed into the front of the Cynthia's Hallmark Store at 11964 Allisonville Road just after 4 p.m., said Fishers Fire Department spokesman Ron Lipps.

The driver told police she hit a patch of ice in the parking lot and lost control of the vehicle. Firefighters had to help her from her vehicle, which was covered with debris.

The driver was not cited. It's not clear when the store will reopen.
