INDIANAPOLIS -- Indianapolis police have arrested a man more than a month after a deadly shooting at an east side home.Michael Nolan, 28, was shot on Dec. 5, during a gathering in a home in the 500 block of North Parker Avenue. He died several hours later.On Monday, police arrested Justin Davis, in connection with the slaying. He was also preliminarily charged with three counts of robbery, said Lt. Jeffrey Duhamell.Witnesses told police that Nolan and several others were drinking at the gathering when Davis came into the house. They said that he started talking to Nolan and then shot him without provocation.Police said at the time that robbery was the likely motive, although it's unclear what exactly might have been taken.
