Injured Officer To Return To Work
Fishburn Will Work On Limited Basis

INDIANAPOLIS -- An Indianapolis police officer shot in the line of duty last summer will return to work, on a limited basis, as part of his rehabilitation.Officer Jason Fishburn, 30, who was shot in the head in July 2008 as he pursued a man wanted on murder charges, has undergone months of intense physical therapy.In an effort to reintroduce him to a work environment, Fishburn will work four hours a day, four days a week at the police training academy, officials said.He's expected to begin work on Monday.The man accused of shooting Fishburn -- Brian Reese, 36 -- is awaiting trial.
