Police were dispatched to Blue Agave, a Mexican restaurant and bar located at Stop 11 Road and Madison Avenue, on reports of loud music and minors consuming alcohol.

IMPD officers arrested 20-year-old Damon Smith of Indianapolis on suspicion of possession of alcohol by a minor and public intoxication. A 16-year-old Greenwood girl was also arrested.

Police said 26 other juveniles were cited for being minors in a tavern, and two were cited for intoxication. Officers released 105 minors who did not test positive for alcohol.

Blue Agave's owner was cited for letting minors loiter and not having proper permits in place.
