Barber Claims Lottery Jackpot
Man Says He'll Keep Cutting Hair

CONNERSVILLE, Ind. -- A 75-year-old barber from eastern Indiana and his wife have claimed a $3.5 million Hoosier Lotto jackpot.Cecil and Betty Bell were announced as the jackpot winners at the state lottery headquarters on Tuesday.Lottery officials said they took the prize's cash option of $1.3 million before taxes."I've played every week for the last 20 years," Cecil Bell said. "I don't drink and I don't smoke, so I figured I could spend $5 on something."Bell owns Cecil's Barbershop in Connersville, and he said he plans to continue working as normal.The couple, married for 53 years, said they plan to invest the money, travel more and help others, including their five children, nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
