CARROLL COUNTY, Ind. -- A former treasurer of a Cub Scout pack was arrested Monday on charges in connection with the disappearance of $3,000 from the pack, police said.Indiana State Police Sgt. Kim Riley said Alison Popejoy, 38, of Ambia, was cubmaster and treasurer of Pack 3165."Charges were filed last week as a result of a seven-month investigation," said ISP First Sgt. Tom McKee.
Popejoy was charged with theft, a Class D felony. She turned herself in on Monday and was released after posting bond.
