INDIANAPOLIS -- An Indianapolis man was arrested Thursday in connection with a fatal shooting two months ago.Jose Lozano, 31, was preliminarily charged with murder in connection with the shooting death of Dangelo Toney, 29, on Sept. 19 in the 2800 block of Westlane Road.Toney was shot, along with Jose Garcia and Dowand Lane, in the parking lot of Augusta Plaza.
Police did not release a motive in the shootings.
