Donella Locke Ordered To Repay $2.3 Million

A woman who prosecutors said was at the center of a mortgage fraud scheme will spend 71 months in prison.

Donella Locke was also ordered to repay $2.3 million to 13 lenders.

Prosecutors said that for two years, Locke used an "elaborate web of deceit" to cheat lenders into giving her money.

The scheme involved dozens of homes in Hamilton, Hancock and Marion counties.
