2 Arrested After Toddler Found Wandering

COLUMBUS, Ind. -- A Columbus couple was arrested Friday after the woman's toddler was found wandering alone in a grocery store parking lot, police said.Officers were called to the 3000 block of 25th Street at 2 a.m., after a 2-year-old girl was found by a store employee. Police said the child was scared and was wearing dirty clothes.An hour later, Hillary Green, 22, who lives in a nearby apartment complex, called to report her daughter was missing.Green and her boyfriend, Travis Eaton, 22, were both arrested on charges of neglect of a dependent.They were held at the Bartholomew County Jail Friday afternoon, each on a $10,000 bond.
