Crime Stoppers Hope Someone Can Solve April Case

INDIANAPOLIS -- Police renewed a plea for assistance Thursday to help catch whoever tossed objects on an Indianapolis street in April, causing severe facial injuries to a woman.Indianapolis police said that the incident happened on April 15 at about 9 p.m. in the 2300 block of West 10th Street when a metal pipe was tossed at a pickup truck."The victim's injuries included several broken bones which required surgery to place plates in her face," said Steven DuBois, of Crime Stoppers of Central Indiana.Police said they think several people were throwing objects at passing vehicles from a vacant building on 10th Street.Police asked anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers at 317-262-TIPS.
