A woman accused of impersonating two Indiana residents' long-missing daughter has reached a tentative plea agreement with the state, Boone County Prosecutor Todd Meyer said Tuesday.

A guilty-plea hearing has been scheduled in a Boone County court Friday for Donna L. Walker, 36, of Topeka, Kan., Meyer said in a press release.

Meyer declined to release details of the agreement, saying it needed to be filed with the court first.

Walker (pictured, left), is accused of trying to convince the parents of Shannon Sherrill in 2003 that she was their daughter. Walker surrendered to Kansas authorities in July and was extradited to Indiana in September.

Sherrill (pictured, right) vanished at the age of 6 while she was playing outside her mother's Thorntown home in 1986.

Walker faces 12 felony counts. She is being held in the Boone County Jail with bond set at $50,000.
