About 2 a.m., police followed up on the complaint in the 600 block of Marsha Court. Investigators said they found items used to make meth inside the apartment.

Albert Estep Jr., 43, Charles Lester, 30, and Lisa Estep, 21, were taken into custody as part of the investigation, police said.

Investigators said Albert Estep lived at the apartment. He was charged with felony possession of methamphetamine and maintaining a public nuisance.

Lester was charged with visiting a common nuisance. He was also served a warrant for parole violation.

Lisa Estep was charged with a visiting a common nuisance, police said.

All three suspects were taken to the Howard County Criminal Justice Center.
